關於檢定(英、日、西)成績達校定或系訂畢業門檻，辦理流程即日起，改由線上申請作業，辦理作業流程，詳如下說明：
 

1. 由E校園服務網，教務專區之「專業證照暨能力維護系統」線上填寫檢定相關資料並上傳檢定副本。

2. 親持檢定正本至外語教學中心(文興419)進行檢核。

3. 相關單位進行校訂或系訂門檻之審核。
 

Regarding the procedures for students who have achieved the university- or department-required graduation threshold through English, Japanese, or Spanish proficiency tests, please be informed that, effective immediately, the application process will be changed to an online application system.

Please follow the procedures below:

1.  Online Application

Log in to the E-Campus Services and go to the Academic Affairs Section. Select the Professional Certification and Competency Maintenance System to enter the relevant test information online and upload a  copy of your test certificate.

2.  Verification of Original Certificate

Bring the original test certificate in person to the Foreign Language Center (Room 419, Bishop Kupfer Hall) for verification.

3.  Review of Graduation Requirements

The relevant university or department office will review whether the test results meet the university- or department-required graduation requirements.
