Application for the Foreign Language Proficiency Test Reward
1st Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026

1. 本校學生凡於入學後~在學期間，參加外語檢定考試並達到「靜宜大學學生外語能力檢定獎勵辦法」(請點閱) 附表所訂之任一等級，即可申請本獎勵金。(ps.就讀本校前所考的成績，恕無法申請)
2. “本校學生”係指具正式學籍生，交換生無法申請。
3. 同一檢定成績若已通過申請，不得再重複申請。若提升等級則可申請(例如:已申請通過多益CEFR B1獎勵金，若再考多益通過CEFR B2則可申請)。
4. 申請期間：2025/10/20 ~ 2025/11/20下午17:00前。
5. 審查結果：預計2025/11/28公告於外語教學中心網頁/ 外語檢定獎勵金申請專區 。
6. 學校規定各項獎金申請皆不可重複申請，本項亦同。會交叉比對，切勿重複申請。
7. 依據我國稅法之規定，外籍生/僑生或陸生若當年居留未滿183天，需先扣稅18%。(例如:剛入境台灣，或即將畢業出境離開台灣。) 如有以上情形者，申請時請主動誠實告知，否則請自負相關責任。

Application for the Foreign Language Proficiency Test Reward
1st Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026

1. After enrollment and during the period of study at Providence University(PU), any student who takes a foreign language proficiency test and achieves the level specified in the appendix of Providence University Regulations for Foreign Language Proficiency Test Incentive Awards (Click to view) is eligible to apply for this reward.  (ps. Exam results taken before enrolling at PU are not eligible for application.)
2. The term “students of this university” refers to those who are officially enrolled; exchange students are not eligible to apply.
3. If a test result has already been used for an approved application, it cannot be submitted again. A new application may be made when a higher level is achieved. (For example: On a subsequent TOEIC test, if a student has already received the CEFR B1 reward, he/she may apply again upon achieving CEFR B2.)
4. Application Dates: October 20,2025 ~ before 17:00PM on November 20, 2025
5. Review Results:
   It is scheduled to be announced on the Foreign Language Center website / Foreign Language Proficiency Test Subsidy and Reward Application section, around November 28, 2025

6. In accordance with school regulations, duplicate applications for any type of reward are not permitted. This rule also applies to this reward.

There will be cross-checked. Please do not submit duplicate applications.

7. In accordance with Taiwan’s tax regulations, if an international , overseas Chinese, or Mainland Chinese student has resided in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days in the same year, an 18% tax withholding will be applied in accordance. (For example: newly arrived in Taiwan, or about to graduate and leave Taiwan). If any of the above situations occurs, please take the initiative and tell us honestly upon applying. Otherwise, you will be held responsible for any related consequences.
