115-1國際文化村報名注意事項Intercultural Village Registration Notes

 報到時間：整點～十分鐘內

1-[國際文化村活動]為校訂必修大一英文課程的配套活動。有參加即可拿分，歡迎同學們自由選擇場次踴躍報名。修習大一英文之大一新生及重補修生，建議每學期參加二次國際化村活動。

2-各場次約50分鐘。整體活動時間、地點、主題等標示於海報上。請參閱外語教學中心網站公告: https://flc.pu.edu.tw/p/412-1032-215.php?Lang=zh-tw

3-本學期舉辦時間從第三週起至第十一週，利用課外時間邀請8位來自不同國家就讀於靜宜大學的外籍生進行經驗分享。

4-各場次皆採獨立報名，線上報名人數上限40位。

5-若喜歡的場次線上報名已額滿，可到現場排隊候補。現場報名人數限收15位。優質免費活動,把握時間趕快報名吧!

6-已經線上報名成功者，若未於[整點至十分鐘內]報到，視為棄權，名額將釋出給現場報名同學。

7-各場次活動結束前5分鐘，請同學們務必在教室內填寫完成[英語角回饋問卷]。離開教室(含逾時繳交)填寫的問卷不受理。

8-【國際文化村認可參加紀錄的規定】

1. 參加紀錄認可方式
   必須同時具有2項出席佐證，若缺少其中一項，一律無法列入參加紀錄。
   (#1)當日在教室內填寫回饋問卷QR-Code＋(#2)現場報到紙本簽名

B-如果將國際文化村回饋問卷網址傳給未參加此活動的同學，一律無法列入參加紀錄，並取消參與此活動權利。

C-如果不在當天參與時間內於教室填寫英語角問卷，事後才填寫，一律不承認參加紀錄，並取消參與此活動權利。

D-現場安排了拍照以紀錄活動內容，也會嚴格控管進出秩序，請遵守以上規定。

1-INTERCULTURAL VILLAGE is a supporting activity for the university's required course named FRESHMAN ENGLISH. Attendance guarantees points of this course. Students are encouraged to choose their preferred sessions and register actively. Freshmen and retaking students are advised to attend Intercultural Village 2 times a semester.

2- Each session lasts about 50 minutes. Comprehensive details regarding the schedule, venue, and theme are indicated on the poster. Kindly refer to the announcements on the website of Foreign Language Center of Providence University :  https://flc.pu.edu.tw/p/412-1032-215.php?Lang=zh-tw

3- Running from Week 3 to Week 11 this semester, there will be eight international students from different countries studying at Providence University to share their experiences.

4- Each session requires individual registration. Online registration is capped at 40 people.

5- If your preferred session is fully booked online, you can line up for the waiting list on-site. On-site registration is limited to 15 people. Please register for this excellent activity as soon as possible as availability is limited.

6- Registered online participants who fail to check in within 10 minutes after the hour will be considered to have forfeited their spot. The remaining slots will be released to on-site registrants.

7- All student participants are required to fill out the [Intercultural Village Feedback Questionnaire] completely in the classroom 5 minutes prior to the conclusion of each session. Submissions will not be accepted after leaving the classroom.

8-【Intercultural Village Attendance Recognition Regulations】

A-Methods of Record Verification
  Two types of attendance proof are required simultaneously. Failure to provide any of these items means your participation cannot be counted.

   (#1)Scan the QR code to fill out the feedback questionnaire in the classroom today + (#2)On-site Check-in on Paper- Signing

B- Please note that the Intercultural Village feedback questionnaire link is strictly for attendees. If it is shared with non-participants, no attendance record will be granted, and they will be disqualified from the Intercultural Village activity.

C- Please make sure to fill out the questionnaire in the classroom during the session. Any submissions made afterward will not be counted, and your eligibility for the Intercultural Village activity will be canceled.

D- On-site photography in progress for activity documentation. Entry/exit is strictly controlled. Please adhere to the regulations above.
