報到時間：整點～十五分鐘內

(1)採分組比賽，每3-4人一組，進行日常對話 (例如, 問候語、輕鬆聊天…等)。

(2)關於獲得獎勵者的限制條件:    以越南文為母語之外籍生歡迎報名參加比賽，但是不能列入[前三名]獲得獎勵金。

(3)報名現場觀眾，及報名參賽者, 本次活動線上報名名額上限 70名，現場報名開放名額 10名。

(4)線上報名者若未於[整點至十分鐘內]報到，視為棄權，名額將釋出給現場報名同學。

(5)請各位務必在”當次參與場次時間內”填寫  [115-1第二外語競賽活動—越南文聊天趣回饋問卷]，超過場次時間不受理。

(6)【線上問卷規定】
115-1第二外語競賽活動—越南文聊天趣認可參加紀錄的規則：

（a）如果將115-1第二外語競賽活動—越南文聊天趣回饋問卷網址傳給未參加115-1第二外語競賽活動—越南文聊天趣場次同學，一律無法列入參加紀錄。

（b）如果不在[當天參與時間內]填寫115-1第二外語競賽活動—越南文聊天趣回饋問卷，事後才填寫一律不承認參加紀錄。

（c）參加紀錄認可方式：當日填完問卷＋現場紙本簽到+學生證刷卡報到（若缺少其中一項，一律無法列入參加紀錄）。

（d）嚴禁現場簽到後離席，再事後寫問卷，現場都會拍照紀錄活動，也會嚴格控管現場出入和秩序，請遵守規定。

【Foreign Language Center】Registration Notes of this activity 115-1 Vietnamese Small Talk
 

Check-in time: From the top of the hour to 15 minutes after.

1. Group competition: 3–4 people per group. Practice daily conversations (e.g., greetings, small talk, etc.).
2. Limitations on reward recipients:

International students whose native language is Vietnamese are welcome to register for the contest, but they are not eligible for the top three prizes and prize money.

3. Online registration is capped at 70 participants per session, with an additional 10 students available on-site. (Including audience and competitors)
4. Online registrants who fail to check in within the first ten minutes of the hour will be considered as giving up their right. These available spots will be released to students who register on-site.
5. Please make sure to fill out the [ 115-1 Second Foreign Language Contest—Vietnamese Small Talk Questionnaire] during your attended session. Submissions after the session time will not be accepted.
6. 【Online Questionnaire Rules】

Rules for Recognition of Attendance at 115-1 Second Foreign Language Contest—Vietnamese Small Talk :

1. If the URL of the 115-1 Second Foreign Language Contest—Vietnamese Small Talk feedback questionnaire is forwarded to students who did not attend that specific session of the lecture, their attendance will not be counted under any circumstances.
2. Failure to complete the 115-1 Second Foreign Language Contest—Vietnamese Small Talk questionnaire during the scheduled event time will result in the attendance record not being recognized.
3. Methods of Participation Record Validation :
   Complete the questionnaire on the same day + onsite paper sign-in + swiping student ID for attendance (Missing any item will disqualify you from the participation record.)
4. Strictly prohibiting signing in on-site and then leaving before completing the questionnaire afterwards. Photos will be taken during the event. Access and order on-site will be strictly managed and controlled. Please comply with the rules.
